ECODyanmic Solutions (EDS) Inc. is pleased to announced that we were selected to deliver the IEM for the Jimmie Creek Hydroelectric Project (the ‘Project’).
The Project will be developed by Jimmie Hydro Inc. (JHI), a subsidiary of Alterra Power Corporation. The Jimmie Creek HEP is a proposed 55 MW (approx.) run-of-river generating facility located 90 km north-northeast of Powell River, BC. Jimmie Creek is a tributary of the Toba River located 30 km upstream of the mouth of the Toba River.
Alterra Power Corp. is a leading global renewable energy company, managing seven power plants totaling 616 MW of capacity, including British Columbia’s largest run-of-river hydro facility and largest wind farm, two geothermal facilities in Iceland, a geothermal plant in Nevada, and a solar facility in Ontario.
